LFM Recruiting
LFM provides non-sponsored students with its own unique recruiting program. All LFM partner companies are invited to visit the MIT campus in mid-November and interview non-sponsored students in the second-year class. All non-sponsored students are eligible to interview with participating companies.
MIT Sloan Career Development
The MIT Sloan Career Development Office (CDO) provides a full array of programs and services to LFM students:
- Career education programs
- Company presentations
- Résumé and cover letter reviews
- Individual advising
- Full-time recruiting and job postings
- Career Fairs
First-year LFM students
- Attend Career Core and company presentations
- Participate in résumé reviews with cohort
- Network with fellow classmates and alumni
- Work with LFM office to secure internships
Second-year non-sponsored LFM students
- Engage in résumé reviews (conducted both locally and remotely)
- Attend LFM CDO Re-Orientation during Midstream Review
- Participate in LFM Interview Week (partner companies and CDO) and MIT Sloan recruiting schedule
